Sherman pillaging? That would imply that there was something in the south worth taking.
At the start of the Civil war, Atlanta had a population of under 10k. It was the 99th largest city in the U.S. It was the 12th largest in the south. Sherman burned an evacuated city, that wasn't worth anything anyway.
Lincoln can be punched for being a possible homer. Robert E Lee for being a loser, but Sherman is a winner! The only thing he did wrong was he didn't sow the ground with salt as he was marching to the sea!
