Welcome.
Are you a Christian?
How old are you?
I am presuming that your user name has something to do with Acts 1: 26?
And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

Thank you for the welcome! I am 19. I joined this forum because I am a Christian but there are no churches in my area that speak directly to my beliefs, so I came here.

Welcome Actnow, I am glad the Holy Spirit lead you here.
How did you become saved, and what does being a Christian mean for you? Do you have a favorite verse in the Bible?
_
_
Proverbs 27:17
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

A simple Google search produced a dozen or more churches in your area. Please share with us the specifics of why you aren't attending and worshiping God properly.
What Church do your parents attend? What are some of your favorite Scriptures? And why aren't you over in Iraquistan sending mudslimes to hell for God and country?
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

I do not attend church or war because I am crippled and have no assistance (I take classes online). The one church close enough to wheel myself to is full of demons.
Lev 21:16-23 is one of my favorite passages from The Bible.
My mother died when I was four. Ask me about my father.

Please tell us about your father. Were his sins the reason God made you a gimp?
God Bless

Well, son, it looks as if you have a very healthy outlook on why God is punishing you and your place in His plan:
Quote:
Leviticus 21:16-23 (AV1611 King James Bible)
16And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
17Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
18For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
19Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
20Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
21No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
22He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy. 23Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
|
So tell us why you believe God has cut you off from practicing His rites?
In Christ

You obviously don't. Nor do you have a very healthy sense of humor either.
