Greetings Fellow Christ Lovers! -
12-26-2016, 07:40 AM
Hello my friends,
My name is Daniel McDikkin. I am 33 years old, married to a lovely woman named Joanna, work as a manager for a restaurant called the Black Bear Cafe, and I have been a devout Christian since my late teenage years. I used to go to the Denver Church of Christ, but they were a bunch of disgusting hippies who called themselves something like: "a new spiritual movement". They even had a ministry for Mexicans ! Recently, I've decided to go to the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception for their much more traditional and passionate masses. My personal favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:28 because it was a verse I repeated to myself many times when I was just beginning to find Jesus.
Denver is my hometown, and I have lived there since I was born. During my teen years, I was as un-christian as you could believe. I used to masturbate, smoke pot, commit lustful acts, cuss, and I was an atheist. When I was 18 and had just started college, I began feel some attraction to a young woman who I found out was Christian. As what I believed was a joke, I pretended to be Christian just to try to commit adultery with her. One day she brought me to mass at the Denver Church of Christ. We did this as a weekly routine of sorts, and at some point I decided I should attend a Bible study. During the study, while reading the Luke 23 and Luke 24, I had an epiphany. I realized that everything that I had been doing up to then was truly horrible and sinful. I realized that if Jesus had died for all my sins, the death must have been truly painful. The next day I went to do a confession and as I was walking out of the church I felt a warmth enter my body and knew that had to be Jesus coming to me. From then on I went to mass' as often as I could and anytime I felt lusty, I repeated Matthew 5:28 to myself and felt a sort of redemption every time.
I apologize for my story being so long, but I thought it would be appropriate to tell in an introduction post.
Hope to meet some good folks here.

Young man, this is a Christian website and we thank you to to take your Catholic Mary worshipping else where
2 Corinthians 6:14–17 "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you
I beseach you to give up your heathen ways and fall into the muscular embrace of Jesus Christ Himself.
It is He and not Mary or the saints or the mockery of Christianin that is the pope who will get you into Heaven.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Oh, Dan. Dan, Dan, Dan. Where do I start? The devil has you wrapped around his barbed appendage so tightly that you actually believe the lies you've just posted. As the renowned Dr. Niles has just stated, your affilianationism with the nun Pope Frances will only doom your soul to HELL. That's H E double hockey sticks.
For your information, the Church of Christ doesn't have "mass." Even though they are closer to the Lord than any child molesting priest, they are still not teachers of good, Baptist doctrine in most cases. Their worship services are called, well , worship services. Not mass. See how the devil has misguided you? He has you thinking we'd believe your made-up story of conversion so that you'd be able to better infiltrate our happy band of Christ-loving servants of the King of Kings. It won't work, man. Not with our powerful Department of Faith, and not with the discernment that the Holy Ghost has given to True Christians™.
You mention being married but you mention no children. A man of God would have knocked your Joanna up so many times that she would be constantly caring for children, and you'd be in your prayer closet instead of penning papist lies in the middle of the night. So who are you - really?
Know that JESUS led you here to find Salvation® and this is not of your own doing - but in order for Christ to enter you, you must get on your knees and come clean. We will welcome penitent sinners, and happily guide you toward true repentance. We will NOT welcome the lies of the devil. I came out of the catholic church years ago and have found respite among these holy men of God. What will your choice be, friend? What indeed.
The pits of hell or the waiting, loving, masculine, rock hard bosom of our Beautiful Savior? The choice is yours. The choice is yours indeed.
COME, LORD JESUS! (REV 22:12)

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man. Amen and Amen

DanBoy10, you really do need to give up the Catholic nonsense. All you need is your King James Bible and the willingness to obey its every word as a pronouncement fro God Almighty Himself, which it is . . . Because it says so.
Yes to this .
And no to this .
That's the only way for you to become a .

Hello all,
Today has been filled with much thought for me. These posts you have replied with have really got me considering Catholicism. At first while reading them, I was slightly skeptical. I took to the internet and these forums to do some research and found out the horrible truth behind the little gremlin Pope Francis and his church.
When I went to afternoon mass today, I noticed some of the male church staff eyeing some of the young boys who were attending. This brought me back to the allegations of the child molestation from 80s and when I got home I did some research on the Catholic church. Among the list of sins, it turns out their nuns aren't even doing anything to fight the gays and are "too busy" helping the smelly homeless. They need to get their priorities straight.
I asked Joanna to fetch me our St. Joseph Version of the Bible and burned it in our fireplace shortly after. I went to a Barnes and Noble in Littleton (a district in Devner) and purchased a King James Version of the Bible. The feeling I felt when walking out of the Barnes and Noble was comparable to the first time I walked out of the confessional. I will be informing Joanna we won't be attending the Cathedral Basilica anymore and that we will be performing a copious amount of "knocking up" tonight, whether she wants children or not.
I agree with BrotherLarry. Jesus brought me here to find Salvation® and it was not on my own accord. Today I have got on my knees and repented and I have opened myself. I am ready for Jesus to come.

Another sinner has been snatched from the clutches of the unholy catholic church!
Lk 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
So tell us more about yourself. How many sons have you sired?
| Mt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Now why is it that this Papist was able to post a right proper introduction, yet so many newcomers who claim to be real Christians can't be bothered to do the same?
Daniel, I thank God you were led to us, and I look forward to fellowshiping with you.

Hey Pim,
If you read my earlier posts, I haven't had any. Yet. After last night with my wife Joanna I can't even imagine how many sons I may have sired.

Dear, there is a difference between saying that you have no sons (like you just did right now) and between not saying anything about either having or not having them (in your previous posts).
I will pray for you.

Hello Mr Boy and a somewhat guarded welcome to you. You seem to switch churches at the drop of a hat. How do we know that you won't have decided to be some sort of Buddha-worshiper by this time tomorrow?

So were you already married when you first started college at 18, or was she?
