Unfortunately, dear, most countries, towns, cities, and villages all over the world disregard the Holy Bible. Just look at some of the laws that should be applied if our country was following the Good Book:
1. All rapists would be marrying their victims (Deuteronomy 22:28-29).
2. Slavery would be accepted as a normal thing (1 Timothy 6:1), including sex slaves (Numbers 31:17-18).
3. Women would have no place in politics (1 Timothy 2:11-12).
4. All hospitals would be closed and the medical profession would be outlawed (James 5:14-16).
5. All books that contradict the Holy Bible would have been burned (Acts 19:19).
6. All universities would have been closed and science forbidden (Ecclesiastes 12:12-13, 1 Timothy 6:20).
7. Adultery and homosexuality would have been punished by death (Leviticus 20:10, 13).
8. All people with a lisp would have been killed (Judges 12:6).
9. Witchcraft would be also punishable by death (Exodus 22:18).
Now, the only countries that come close to that ideal are places like Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, they do it for the wrong reason, so they'll be going to Hell as well.
