Your rights on this forum are listed here. If you believe that they have been violated, please let a pastor know.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Really? Did I miss a new amendment to the constitution that says you have the right to spew shit all over private forums? Since we both have Google, lets look up the first amendment (because I know you're going to scream free speech).
Quote:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
|
Now let's break that down, shall we?
Congress shall make no law
Note, it's Congress, not private citizens in their own communities. Also it mentions laws, not rules to abide by on a private forum.
respecting an establishment of religion,
This means that Congress is not allowed to create a "state religion" such as Catholicism, Anglicism, Presbyterianism, which are all religions that were created by states.
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
Remember, this still refers to Congress and means that Landover Baptist has every right to exist under the protection of the first amendment of the constitution. It DOES NOT give you the right to come over here and piss all over everything like some wild tomcat.
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
I will openly admit, this freedom is in danger. But the reason it's in danger is because idiots like you think that "freedom of speech" means you can insult anyone you want, but will actually cheer when the President passes a law limiting the freedom of speech of someone you don't like.
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,
Another one that is in danger because people like you think that setting up camps that destroy public property is "peaceful assembly" but that people protesting a funeral should not be allowed their rights.
and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Well this one was killed by the Terrorist act, but hey that's okay because it makes you safer, right?

You personally finding something sick and disgusting is in no way a reason that others should follow you. Personally I find eating bugs and dogs "sick and disgusting" but they are delicacies in some parts of the world. Who made you the ruler of earth that you get to decide what is sick and disgusting without any logical backup?
I'm not saying I agree with these people, but maybe you should try thinking things through rather than just spewing reactionary garbage. THINK! IT'S NOT ILLEGAL YET!

First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. We're right and you're wrong, according to Jesus and the Holy Word of God. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.
Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.
Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .
If you want to debate people, THIS is the place to go.
Please make a thread of your own in the " Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.
And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.
I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Don't you have at least a bit of respect for women? All of you are here thanks to a woman, your mothers, who educated you, feed you, gives you love, a woman who changed her entire life just for you!
Men, before you "discipline" your wives, think in your mothers and in what they should think, because we're the same for our Lord
Galatians 3:28 - There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

So that wipes out all of the other scriptures that tell women to subjugate themselves to their husbands?

Bible is full of contradictions, so I think so, and besides, we must make men respect us because no men has right to hurt or kill anybody else, which is on the 10 commandments by the way
By the way, I don't have a husband, but if one day I decide to have one, we'll respect each other, or in other words, NO VIOLENCE

If the Bible were full of contradictions, how would you know which parts to believe? It's rather funny that you dismiss the Bible as "full of contradictions" and then, in the same sentence, cite the Bible as a moral authority.

Oh, so you "think" the Bible is full of contradictions, but you don't know because you've never read it
But we're supposed to take your word for it.

We must MAKE men....? Seriously? What do you think men are, trained seals?
[quote'By the way, I don't have a husband, but if one day I decide to have one, we'll respect each other, or in other words, NO VIOLENCE[/QUOTE]
So you're just going to decide to pick one up at the local Costco and demand the 'no violence' brand.
Would you please just admit you're 12? No 18-year-old is this stupid.

Good Luck with that my Guatemalan friend!
First of all, I'm sure you meant to say "pimp" or at best "Baby's Daddy" instead of husband because I know that a little slut like you will never be able to get anything else.
Secondly, if I know anything about wetback males, they lover their tequila and corona and they hate for their women to talk back. A smart mouth like yours is sure to get you dos eyes de negros once this alleged man is hopped up on his devil's drink.
Oh, you'll be saying "No, Mas!!" but that will only last until he bashes your filthy head into one of the many poorly paved streets of Mexico, and in the end you will only be able to blame yourself. No more hard shelled tacos and nachos for you only drinking chipotle through a straw.

Finally, am I from Guatemala or Mexico? You're simply hilarious
Anyway, I like the USA, and I dream with going there someday, you have a really beautiful country, but I don't want to live there, for what? Foreigns have boring works, I prefer to stay in my home land and go to college, have a really important job, but maybe someday I could design a building in that country, that would be awesome
And you're right, maybe I don't find a man, is not like I care too much about that anyway, I want to be an independient woman instead of having a man who earn all the money by me

If you're expecting any of the True Christians™ to applaud your ambitions (which the Bible says will land you in Hell), don't.
1 Timothy 2:15 "Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety."

It breaks my heart to have to beat my wife or any of my children. It hurts me way more than it hurts them. While in time, thier visible brusie heal, my internal toment continues forever. For you to say that I like to beat my wife or kids is just plain sick. It is people like you that are why there was a shooting at Sandy Hook.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

You're confused, dear. Mrs. Mary Whitford is one of the Truest Christians™ ever. Her husband isn't some SMBD enthusiast, he's a True Christian™ man and follower of Christ. In the same way Christ Himself would not "get off" on disciplining His Bride (the church, us), Mr. Whitford would not "get off" on disciplining his bride (Mary, the OP). I know you're new here, but please don't assume people are into "kinky" things here just because this perversion is familiar to you.
In the meantime, you are most welcome to introduce yourself HERE so we can greet you properly! For your benefit, you can read this helpful guide for newcomers, and remember, if you want to share your opinion, kindly provide the scriptural support for it. Becauase your rights are important to us, you’ll find Landover Baptist Church Forum’s universal declaration of rights HERE.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

If True Christian husbands were sadistic, they would not beat us when we require beating but simply not care, after every beating I get, I thank my husband for saving my soul from burning forever in hell, but I suppose you want to go to hell, your choice. but I think that is a really bad choice .
Thinking of Abortion?
That fetus will be in Hell, because they never had a chance to repent their sinful ways (Psalms 51:5) (1 Kings 8:46)

Reading this forum I have been laughing my head off. While I agree with domestic discipline of women and children I do not believe in beating women for the sake of beating them.
Furthermore. You baptists are nothing but a bunch of racist, mormonic hypocrits.
I am Catholic and proud of it. Catholicism is the oldest religion in history. Baptist religion goes back only to the late 1600s and you were racists back then and are racists now I have read many posts on here stating the word chink or slant eyes, or dot heads. This is bullshit. I am A godly man I believe in god always have. I am also a Freemason The oldest fraternity in the world and will in future become a member of the Knights Templar which if you did your homework and read your history would find out that they are the Knights of God.
And as they say in the bible since you are all so good at reading it "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" Which one of you is going to cast the first stone you will all be standing around looking at each other, because you all say that catholics are a bunch of child molesters I am here to tell you we are not all child molesters most of us are good people. I am sure if you look among your ranks and congregations you will find that there are child molesters and rapists among you. So don't be so judgemental and learn to do what Jesus wanted accept everyone and keep peace in the world.
May God bless you all even though you are a bunch of hypocritical idiots.
Amen.
