Brother James,
Thank you for attending the meeting with my new CFO. We are close to reconciling the accounting discrepancies for DFAC. However, I do have a few follow up questions.
|
It was my pleasure.
Quote:
1.) The 2010 Dewitt Outreach Function in Las Vegas indicates an expenditure of 2.3 million dollars, but there is no record of transactions anywhere near this amount. I am in receipt of the "Funions" and "Pepsi" vending machine purchases, but have nothing else. Kindly provide records of such extravagant purchase.
|
I lost the meal receipts.
( lap dances for 15 men and corresponding whores as a result of lap dances are not cheap. Not to even mention the bar tab. Rev Jim drinks like a fish..)
Quote:
2.) The wet operating cost of the Gulfstream V cannot possibly be the $50,000 per hour that you claim. The Boeing 747-400 costs just a fraction of this, and this is with a full crew.
|
If you look closely at the fuel bill and related expenditures for extra help, I am sure you will come up with the estimated operating charge.
High class whores are not cheap, I will not eat cheese sandwiches and I will not tolerate such questions. Pay the damn bill!

I am calling for a meeting to make a small adjustment in billing procedures. I hate to be bothered with accounts payable questions.

As you might know from my profile, before I became a Bible Student, I was a computer consultant. I've been a consultant to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. One of the first thing I do is suggest that they delete the Accounts Payable section from their financial software. They gave me a generous bonus as it has really helped their bottom line. I think you can readily tell which companies they were. They have been in the news frequently during the last two years.
Although I am semi-retired, I would be more than happy to take a break from my hunting trips, and meet with you and Brother Harold to recommend how you might be able to rearrange your books to improve your bottom line and profitability (however many different sets you might wish to keep).
Note: Bernard Madoff was never a client, no matter how much he might protest to the contrary.

Dear Brother Dewitt,
Thank you for the telephone call early this morning. After our discussion, I can assure you that my role and expectations as CEO of DFAC are now entirely clear. My sincere apologies are in order as I simply misunderstood our accounting procedures. Additionally, Mrs. Leona Platt has been relieved of her duties as Director/ Accounts Payable and we are already interviwing candidates to replace her.
As instructed, I will spend the remainder of the week in Grand Cayman assuring our investment partners that DFAC is indeed on solid financial ground and that the equity infusion should proceed as planned.
Sincerely,
Harold Porter

Brother Dewitt, if I may:
Brother Porter, when running a company or foundation of this size, no expenditures over $10,000 are ever made without senior management approval. In asmuch there are weighty matters and immediate concerns, these expenditures are insignificant when compared to the matters at hand such as those encountered in the L.V. trip. Twent-four hours disappears faster than you canimagine and if keeping accurate accounting and recipets is required, then the valuable work we do could not be accomplished. Time is money, would you want us to waste valuable time on record keeping or saving the souls of Hollywood runaways? Can you truly put the value on a 18 year old wide eyed girl? Of course not, so by keeping track of the expense, you are doing much the same thing. I am more concerned about the time the recor clerks are taking for lunch. I hear sometimes the take longer than the alloted minutes for lunch and breaks. In addition, they are only calling 200 people per hour seeking donations, This needs to be upped.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Brother I can not agree more with you. As I recall we converted 25 whores in that 24 hour period, that is more than 1 an hour. What is the cost of a soul these days, priceless if you ask me.
Now on to the cold calling quotas. 200 seems quite low, as founder of DFAC I am requesting a minimum of 400 calls per hour and a 75% success rate. Brother Porter make it happen. YIC James Dewitt

Brother Dewitt,
I understand the need to get as much productivity as possible for the minimum wage that we pay, but 6.5 calls every minute per agent is simply impossible with stacks of telephone directories and rotary-dial telephones.
Here in Grand Cayman, they handle incredible call voume with something new called a "call center". I haven't heard any noise, but something about "screen pops" and "IVR" as well.
I imagine that the maker of our current telephones (Western Electric) offers this new technology, and will call to order one of these setups on my return, unless you prefrer that we solicit quotes via RFP.
Sincerely,
Harold Porter

Brother Dewitt, can we leverage the use of another companies call center, perhaps by offering the company a write off of the costs and a 'sponsor' note in the shareholder report, perhaps even an inscribed brick in the parking garage (these fools tools benefactors really like that sort of thing, we can charge for the inscription and installation)? I really think we need to retain as much capital as possible for real expenses.

Brother Porter.
I see no need to pay minimum wage to make a few phone calls. I am thinking India. The dot heads work for much less, so we can hire more, thus increasing call volume and donations. They already have the infrastructure in place, so not loss of capital on the part of DFAC.
Brother Hutchins, I caught the brick inscription idea. The brick work on the new office building is near completion, but that does not mean that your idea will not work. Perhaps a brass plaque in the lobby will suffice.
I see many levels of donations. The larger the donation the higher up the wall a brass plaque will be placed. Kinda of like Heaven, the better Christian you are the closer to Jesus you will sit. Perhaps level 1 should start at say $10,000 dollars. Gentlemen lets do lunch at the Landover Men's Club this week, my treat.

Brother James,
Would you consider $.30 an hour, the buildings in place, employees have existing medical plan, catered employee meals, total security and an almost limitless labor supply? Think the United States Federal Prison System! Since the prison system is now being sub contracted to private business firms there would be several ways to take advantage of this great deal. You can make some form of payment to the existing contractor or your firm could actually bid on the contracts to run the whole show. If you were to do this you would actually get paid to have these felons working for you. It just boggles the mind.
1 Chronicles 16:15
Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations ... an everlasting covenant.
Proverbs 30:5,6: Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
