An Open Invitation to Atheists

I know many of you have converted to the Atheistic Worldview in the last year. Polls tell us more and more millennials are choosing Sin over Salvation. The Siren's Song of Satan sounds sweeter and sweeter as your classmates and neighbors and distant family seem to all leave the fold, glorifying pleasures of the flesh and ignoring guilt. You think to yourself, Darwin must have been right, I don't have to feel guilty for wanting to act out on my basest animal instincts.

But we know that Atheists who have converted largely regret this choice. Research shows more than 90% of converted Atheists secretly wish to come back to Jesus but are afraid of being mocked and ridiculed by their friends. They are afraid that because they have put so much effort into this new belief system it would be a shame if it was all for naught. And so they continue, despite their conscience whispering elsewise. This is known as the sunk-cost fallacy, and sadly it is a very powerful illusion.

This is a recovering Atheist's portrayal of what life feels like
as an Atheist Convert. This is what most Atheists feel
but most are too afraid and too ashamed to admit it.

But, and I say this as a friend, and I do want to be your friend, anyone who would make you feel bad for believing in Christ is no friend of yours but a friend of Satan. Simply ask yourself this: Do you wish to be in the company of Sinners, or Saints? Do you wish the Holy Ghost to work on your behalf, or against you? Do you wish to wake up in the morning with a feeling of purpose or a feeling of despair and hopelessness?

An Atheist contemplates if it would have been better

There is Good News! You can find the Power of the LORD! When you have found that pulsing, seething, throbbing ocean of scintillating God-Power, you will have found the Secret of the Ages! Yours will be the world and everything that is in it! You will have Purpose and there will be Meaning in your Life!

This amazing God-Power, which swings the planets in their paths in the Firmament, which makes the tides ebb and flow, which pumps the blood throughout the body, can certainly fill YOUR life with a Flood-Tide of Power, the likes of which you have never known before!

For the Power I am talking about is REAL! It's discovery is the most momentous discovery of all time! Poverty, illness, fear - all these things go out of your life when the Power of God comes in! Will you Join Him in Spiritual Matrimony? Will you Join your Life to His? Will you Run to Him so He can make you Whole?
