Brothers and Sisters, my husband and I had planned to attend a fellowship supper this evening, but in the light of what we have seen here today the event was canceled.
It began this morning when my boys came back from their daily swim to report that the tide was so high and so powerful that little Nathanael (3) had almost been swept away. But they
had speared a couple of decent-sized smooth-hound sharks, so that was supper taken care of.
Obviously we don't know Jesus's plans - in particular, His Blessed Timing - so we're a little concerned that we might drown before Rapture. But the menfolk have been busy all day checking that the boat is in good shape. There probably won't be room for everyone - my husband says that dear Mollie (Mrs Pastor Steve) needs an entire cargo vessel to herself - but we have one of these handy flotation devices with handles to tow behind the boat.

But our Faith in Christ Our Lord means that we are ready for anything!
