I know the basics of my religion and a bit more being brought up as one. But I want to know why all the catholic hate? I know that Chrisitanity and Catholic is vaguely the same apart from we worship mary and we belive that when the bread and wine is blessed the holy spirit comes down.

Im here to learn and I do not appreciate people screaming "YOUR GOING TO HELL YOUR GOING TO HELL!!!"

Why would this mean that I am going down under if I worship Jesus and belive that he died for our sins and I belive in the omnipotent God?


I have always defended God and backed my religon and im 17 and I pray to God for every thing he has done for me that day and the end of night.

Please some one enlighten me.

I'm sorry if my answer isn't prompt enough for you, but I've just come out of a church meeting.

Anyway, we love Catholics. We love them enough to warn them that their false church is leading them to hell. If you knew someone who was obviously heading to eternal damnation, wouldn't you love that person enough to warn that person? We hate Catholicism because it is a satanically inspired mockery of Christianity designed to lure people into the lake of fire.

That is exactly one of my points the majority of chrisitians and catholics do not know the depths to their religion. Alot of catholics may not know that they are "wannabe" pagans as so many chrisitians put it. But according to alot of people on this forum their still going to hell.

So you're saying that the majority of "Christians" are not genuinely saved and are hellbound? That isn't news to anyone who knows the Bible:

Matt. 7:14: Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Matt. 7:21-23: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. no im saying that alot of catholics and christians do not know all theres is about their religion. Some parts they do not know but aparently they are going to hell for it. I did not know I was a wannabe pagan and so do alot of other catholics. Why should they go to hell because they where never taught this?

Now you have been taught this. What are you going to do about it?

Also, where in the Bible does it say that people who have never been taught the teachings necessary for salvation are excused from knowing them? Jesus said,

John 3:16-18: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

As you can see, there is no excuse for not knowing the truth about Jesus; either you believe and are saved, or you don't believe and are damned.

I did not know Im a wannabe pagan so how can I be damned for it even though I do not know what it is.

Presumably the point of being punished for it is because I intend to be some thing bad

Alot of Catholics do not know that they are wannabe pagans and they belive in the Almighty.

So why be punished.

Its like punishing a child even though it has not yet been tought that what it has done is a bad thing.

Where in the Bible does it say that because you don't know the truth, God will give you a "get out of hell free" card? What do you make of the Bible verses that I've cited to you?

The idea that if you don't know the truth, then there's no point in punishing you, leads to absurd results. Consider a remote island where people have never heard of Jesus. They don't intend to do something bad by not believing in Jesus; they've just never heard of Him. Will they all go to Heaven because they're somehow not accountable for their disbelief? If so, aren't we doing them the biggest disservice imaginable if we obey the Great Commission and send missionaries to that island to teach them about Jesus?

You're hell-bound because it is fair.

If Jesus gives the Catholics the excuse that they didn't any better then Jesus would have to open the gates of Heaven to any old sinners like American Indians. Even a Catholic like you must agree that American Indians are hellbound trash, worthy of no mercy or pity from a Christian, since you Catholics killed so many of them in Central and South America.

So there you are, Christ came so we might, by accepting Him as the Truth, The Way and The Light, have eternal life.

Look on it as a lesson in life. Let's say your parents don't tell you to look both ways before crossing the road. You get hit by a car. Are you any less dead than if your parents had told you yet you had ignored them? No.


So there we have it - whether you know and do not follow Christ or whether you have never heard of Him, it's the same - you're roasting.


And don't come whining saying it's unfair. If you have a problem it is with God, and God is not a good person with whom to have a problem, because he always wins.

On the question of Catlik missionaries, apart from fiddling with juvenile natives, they do mention Christ but then mislead the ignorant natives. True Christian Missionaries are the only ones worth sending to foreign parts, if you aim is to save souls.

Then maybe you'll be so kind as to answer the questions in my previous post, using Scripture. You seem to be saying that people who don't know about Jesus cannot be damned for not believing in him. If that were true, then only people who knew about Jesus could be damned. What sort of loving God would set up a rule like that?

We didn't write the Bible; we just believe in it and exhort others to do the same. If you have a problem, then your problem is with God and His Word, not with us.
