Re: Umm.. hello -

Brothers and Sisters,
I took some time today to pray for the salvation of the unsaved trash on this forum and then suddenly, Godly inspiration struck me. Surely this girl must be a masochist! For those fortunate enough not to have been exposed to such abominations in their lives, a masochist is a type of prostitute who derives sexual pleasure from having pain inflicted to him- or herself. (They are mostly women, of course, being predisposed to be submissive, but unfortunately, in this day and age, a few satanic men have also been feminized enough to engage in such depravity.)
This explains everything about the condition of this harlot. She knows she's hellbound, and yet relishes the opportunity of being tortured infinitely. She is unsuitable as a wife, for she would simply squirm with delight when smacked, instead of showing discipline - that explains perfectly why she hasn't yet managed to find a husband who would keep her in line!
Unfortunately, I feel I am out of my league here - I am stumped as to how this wench could be led onto the path of salvation, for even the threat of infinite suffering doesn't seem to faze this one. Perhaps the senior Pastors could offer suggestions?

Why don't you want to read them from the KJV? All other sources are either copies of the KJV or heretical and thus false, no exceptions.

When you read the KJV several times, did you by any chance read the first five books? They're chock full of commandments.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

It certainly does looke like it, my dear. I suppose that you were in such an awe of Godly genocides which are described in these books, that you did not notice anything else.

We would like to live in a theocracy where Biblical law is the law of the land.
| Mt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

I envision a top down reworking of our political system, beginning with a man of God in the office of the President. Someone like Mayor Joe Hold or Pastor Ezekiel for instance. He would of course need other men of like minds in Congress and Senate. From there these pious servants of the Lord would be in position to change American law, modeling it in accordance to God's law, the way our founding fathers intended. And by founding fathers, I mean the Godly men who built and shaped this fine nation, not degenerate scum like Franklin and Jefferson, but bold visionaries like Cotton Mather.

Rose, there are 248 positive commandments (shalt) and 365 negative commandments (shalt not).

The Christian holidays (Easter and Christmas) would remain. Socialist holidays, like Labor Day, and pagan ones, like New Year's, would have to go. Businesses should be forced to close on Sundays so that everyone can go to church.
The public school system should be abolished. Children should either be schooled at private Christian colleges or homeschooled. Boys should learn to read so that they can understand the Bible. Girls should learn to cook and sew and keep house. Children should only be taught legitimate science, like creationism and climate stasis.

I see... I also saw the name change to the thread. Thank you for taking the time and changing it from a dull 'umm hi' to something I couldn't help but giggle at.
I have a few more questions for you if you don't mind answering them.
1: If public schools are removed and replaced by private schools, how will this government make sure that things are taught correctly? Would you be worried about variations between schools?
2: What exactly is considered legitimate science, and what is Climate stasis?
3: If everything is closed on Sunday, how would hospitals operate? What about Emergency services. Fire department, Ambulance, ect?
4: What holidays besides Easter and Christmas would remain?
Thank you for being patience with me.

It won't. When you let government decide the curriculum and set educational standards, pseudo-science like evolution, the big bang, feminism and climate change get taught in schools. The typical Christian curriculum would look something like this.

Yes, I did say chapters. We memorized several books of the Bible (Jonah, all of Paul's epistles, most of Genesis, Daniel, a decent amount of Leviticus and I think the Gospel of Mark.)
Our schoolwork was primarily books published by Abeka, BJUPress and ACE. Our textbooks claimed that
- no transitional fossils had ever been found
- the Loch Ness Monster had been proven to be real and was a plesiosaur
- the Great Depression never happened but was just a myth made up by the socialists
- slavery was a win-win solution for all involved dinosaurs breathed fire
- the KKK were great dudes who got a bad rap
- the trail of tears was actually super great
- outer space wasn't real because if you blew on a pile of baby powder, a new planet wouldn't form (this was demonstrated)
- the Liberals don't believe in personal responsibility
- the world is about to be attacked by the floating Space Jerusalem
We never covered much actual math, science, etc. Learning the truth about the government's plan to kill Holocaust the Christians was seen as much more important . . .
There wasn't much time for real schoolwork anyway, since we were all so busy being punished for having an ungodly facial expression, and forced to spend the rest of the school day standing on our tiptoes on one foot in the corner . . .

No.

Legitimate science is that which is taught in the Bible and that which supports the Bible -- for example, creation science. Climate stasis is the science of how the climate is not changing.

Well, actually, necessary/ lifesaving work is permitted on the Lord's Day (Lk 14:3-5). God's commandments are quite reasonable. But frivolous work like collecting firewood so that you can cook something to eat would of course be punishable by death if Mosaic law were enforced.
Num 15:32-36
32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.
35 And the Lord said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses.
Quote:
4: What holidays besides Easter and Christmas would remain?

What's all this concern for how many holidays you'd get in a theocracy? Socialist aversion to work?
Proverbs 26:13-16
13 The slothful man saith, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the streets.
14 As the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful upon his bed.
15 The slothful hideth his hand in his bosom; it grieveth him to bring it again to his mouth.
16 The sluggard is wiser in his own conceit than seven men that can render a reason.
Now how about answer some our questions? So far you've used the I'm-not-here-to-impose-my-beliefs-on-anyone excuse to dodge questions. We know you're not here to impose your beliefs on us. God brought you here so that we could impose our beliefs on you.
1) What evidence do you have that karma, reincarnation and nirvana are real?
2) Given that you have no evidence any of these things are real, why do you believe in them?
Thank you.
