Think of it this way: human population has grown exponentially over the last century, during this century science excelled more than in any other century, including the science revolution. Thus we see a directly proportional relationship with science and human population. During this time we als see a decline in most religions, especially christianity, thus creating an inverse relationship with religion and human population.

The cost of science has been absolutely huge – trillions of dollars and probably more besides. It has given us a world where the population has grown exponentially together with its needs for food and fuel and the fripperies of luxury.

We look at the Godless regimes of ex-Iron Curtain countries and see what a polluting mess their countries are – pools of chemicals washing about in the drinking water, radio-active submarines rotting in harbors, Chernobyl, profligate use of pesticides and herbicides, the Aral Sea drying up, Arabs pre-stealing our oil and charging the earth for it, thousands dying of war and famine, the list of apocalyptic events directly or indirectly caused by science goes on, and on, and on.

You are about to say, “Yes but at Landover Baptist Church, you all drive Hummers and invest in slash and burn companies in Brazil, Japanese Whaling fleets, seal skin furriers, arms and chemical weapons manufacturers, tobacco plantations, etc., aren’t you hypocrites?”

Well, isn’t that just the sort of question we expected from the terminally scientific! I’m surprised you even bothered to ask!

Look, God promise a good world to those who believed and a rubbish one to those who didn’t. He’s kept His side of the bargain, as He always does, and we here at Landover are living proof of His goodness. However 99% of the world spat in His Perfectly Formed Face by either being Salad-Bar Christians, False Christians, atheists or heathens – that is why they suffer – they are dying in their own filth and degradation.

Any decline in Christianity is entirely down to people worshipping Mammon – thinking that their squalid, “Get rich quick” lifestyle will buy them happiness. We know what happens to those who abase themselves before the Golden Calf.

And who ultimately provides these goods that they crave – secular scientists! Secular Scientists who are in league with Satan!

True Happiness™ is the province of the True Christian™ only! We’re doing fine! The rest of the world is on the road to Hell.
