Whereas formal decorum is to be applauded, those US Christians, toiling in the Lord’s Vineyard are not always able to sit down to a family meal. Half of the trouble with France is that production stops between noon and 2 pm to allow for their gluttony.

Brother Bathfire, I am properly chastened by your superior knowledge of God's Word and your immediate resemblence to our Lord in being a male.
Still, I do find feet on the table and the resulting view of underpantless regions to be off-putting to my appetite.
Do you know if Jesus put His feet up on the dining table and if He wore underpants or not?
Inquiringly Yours,
Handmaiden
