Where do you get the idea that all are God's children?
Jn 1:12 But as many as received him [Jesus], to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Only those who believe in Jesus are children of God. We are not accept anyone else as children of God.
2 Cor 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Christians are commanded to judge.
1 Cor 6:2-3
2 Do ye not know that the saints [Christians] shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

God shows wrath, and He cannot sin.
Ps 92:15b He [God] is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
