Even the most liberal of historians will tell you that the last book of the Bible was written at the very latest by the early 2nd century (ie, before 125). Many scholars think the Bible was probably completed within the 1st century. And that's just talking about the books of the New Testament. The Old Testament was written at least a few centuries before Christ, even according to the most liberal of scholars.
Please, let me know where you found out this information. Any book or scholarly journal would be good, but an internet link will suffice, and is more convenient.

Perhaps you are referring to an event that happened in the 4th century, a council by the Catholic "church" that made an official list of the book of the Bible. That is not when the Bible was written, it was when the various books that make up the Bible were officially named by the Catholics, which is of little importance, since the same canon of Scripture had been in use by Christians since the early 2nd century.
