Shouldn't Jesus (who WAS the NEW COVENANT) have been born perfect according to the OLD Covenant?

I don't think it says anywhere in the Bible that the foreskin is imperfect or evil. God simply tells Abraham to snip his tallywhacker (Abraham's, not God's) , "
and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you" (Genesis 17,11).
The interesting part is, what would have happened to Jesus if he had died before being circumcised -- i.e. if Herod had succeeded in killing Baby Jesus, or if the virgin Mary had spontaneously aborted Jesus.
In that case Jesus would have been outside the Old Covenant (not being circumcised) and outside the New Covenant (since Jesus hadn't established the New Covenant through His supreme sacrifice yet), which means that Baby Jesus would have gone straight to Hell!
