I actually do blame the husband for this. He should have been more vigilant regarding his wifes activities. Why and how was she allowed to use the phone? It must have been an interstate call, as far as I'm aware there is no 'womens rights' organisation in Landover....
He should of taken her to the tattoo parlor, and had his name put on her rear end. Tattoos are popular, and would have shown the world who she belongs to now.In fact, this should be a law for all new brides. She should where the name of husband where every one can see who she BELONGS to.
