My father was never in the union. He just recently quit his job over at Lear, making car seats, to join Mittal. He never got in the union, because it takes about 6 months I think. He got layed off after maybe 5 months of working there?
Steel Mill workers aren't lazy, they're just trying to support their families like everyone else in this country.
