What is keeping those satellites up there isn't some magical force though (extremely silly to believe something would just hang there without falling down) they use balloons for that.

Just like this: Skydiver Felix Baumgartner breaks sound barrier. Neither rockets nor magic involved here, just a plain and simple balloon.

The balloon was helium. It was a weather balloon that was specially designed for the operating in the stratosphere. Other balloon designs would not have worked as they would have burst or developed leaks. It is physically impossible for you to rise into space via a balloon. He was almost at the limit (~26 miles) when he jumped.

Everything you use in your daily lives, such as electricity, planes, cars, trains, computers etc. are all products of the scientific method. what do you think gives the "atom bomb" its power? If it wasn't for science we wouldn't have any knowledge of what we really see in the world and Universe. The Bible was more than likely written by 7 dehydrating men in a desert that were making up stories! You're religion is responsible for a lot of the bad stuff that goes on in this world. Well misuse of religion, it proves time and time again it amounts to more bad than good in this world, yet people seem to stick by it as if it's their personal saviour. Crazy!

Understand science. It's no God that gives it its power, but nuclear fission. In a conventional bomb a reaction is set off that produces lots of hot gas that explodes out of the bomb and cause destruction. Nuclear warheads are not like that. There are two general types of nuclear weapons, fission and fusion. For simplicities sake, I'll explain the Uranium-235 warhead. What happens is that Uranium-235 atoms are bombard with neutrons. A U-235 atom will take on the extra atom and become unstable. The Uranium-235 atom will split into Barium-141, Krypton-92 and 3 additional neutrons which will bombard a nearby U-235 atom. When this happens something called a "mass defect" occurs. What this means is that the sum of the U-235 atom and the neutron is less than the resulting atoms. This material is lost during the reaction and becomes energy according to E=mc^2 (i.e Energy = mass*(the speed of light squared)).

Friend, My God, and yours too, tho you do not yet know it, is a merciful God. When he sent us from the garden he did not send us unprepared, he gave us an enquiring and resourceful mind. What you (and I) call science and technology are manifestations of Gods great miracle of creation. When Noah built the ark did people stand around and say 'look at this marvel of technology! What is wrong with people? Seeking to overthrow God single handed yet never reading any of The Truth given to us in The Bible? It's not the first time I've quoted Daniel (which is a terrific book, even including a FIRST PERSON testimony from King Nebuchadnezzar himself!) and sadly I have no doubt that it will be necessary again:

Daniel 1:3-4 And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes; Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and

understanding science

and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. KJV

This is not the false science of secularism cf I Timothy 6:20 which delivers calamity everywhere it is applied but True Science, the science of creation and deliverance, a study rewarded by God as the witness of Daniel affirms and as King Nebuchadnezzar states clearly in chapter 4. None of his attempts on Daniel's life were successful due to the notorious ignorance of the Babylonians.

Also, why are you so sure your's is the "one true religion"? There's hundreds, if not thousands of other religions out there. And many of them have just as much proof (if not more) as the christian one.

But it wasn't written by a random guy not at all influenced by God in any way! It was written by many, many people who had no knowledge of each other, separated by many, many miles and even centuries! And yet, everything in the Holy Bible is consistent - it is truly One Story - the Story of Redemption.

You see, the Bible tells us that we have all sinned; we have all committed evil acts (Romans 3:10-18). Because God is perfect and the ultimate in Goodness (Psalm 100:5; Psalm 106:1; Psalm 107:1; Psalm 135:3; 1 Chronicles 16:34; ), he is disgusted and enraged at our sinfulness. Essentially, He can’t stand us, and because He is God, He doesn’t have to because no one can make Him. He has decided that we deserve nothing less than eternal torture, and pain, and agony for having made a perfect God uncomfortable with the way we are not similarly perfect. The only appropriate punishment for sins committed against an infinite and eternal God is an infinite and eternal punishment (Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:11-15). This is why God created Hell. It’s only fair after all.

But check it out, Jesus Christ came to earth and died in our place! He didn’t have to do so, but He chose to do so. Jesus and God worked out The Ultimate Plan (2 Corinthians 5:21) because they’re pretty tight, being the Same Person (John 10:30), yet Different Persons (John 17:1). This plan was decided some time before we were ever born. It doesn’t really matter, since we probably wouldn’t have been consulted anyway, but They/He decided that Jesus would die temporarily to pay the penalty for our sins (Romans 5:8) so that God could forget all about them (Isaiah 65:17; Isaiah 43:25). Jesus paid the penalty He determined He (as God) required just so that we would not have to. Wasn’t that sweet?!?

Jesus' resurrection from the dead just goes to show that His death was sufficient to pay the penalty for our sins. No mere human could have done that, thus proving Jesus is the one and only Savior (John 14:6; Acts 4:12)!

Now, if I were to offer advice, I would suggest you start reading the Holy Bible, all of it. We know that "faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). So to be safe, perhaps you should read the Holy Bible out loud so you can also hear it. Then you will have faith, and then you can be Saved©!

There are just so many reasons. We serve a risen Saviour. We know that He's living (whatever the secularist may say). We see His hand of mercy, hear His voice of cheer and at just the times we need Him He's always near. In all the world around us we see His loving care and although our hearts may grow weary we never despair. We know that He's leading through all the stormy blast and that the day of His appearing will come (everything else He has promised has come to pass and He has promised this). That is why we rejoice, as Christians. We lift up our voices and sing Æternal Hallelujahs to Jesus Christ the King! He is the hope of all who seek Him, the help of all who find. No-one else is so loving, so good and so kind.

I can personally testify that He lives! Christ Jesus lives today. (How could that be if He had not risen from the dead? And how could He have died if He had not been alive in the first place?) He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way; He imparts Salvation. Yet you ask how I know He lives (and I am happy to answer you)? He lives within my heart!

It is because all the prophecy concerning Jesus is fulfilled in Christ that we are assured of Scripture's accuracy. Many prophecies are being fulfilled in the world right now. Christianity is under attack. But Jesus' promise is our hope and we do not need to examine life for it to be worth living. Hallelujah!
