Your being a bit unreasonable. Some women deserve to be raped. Rape can be very helpful to some women. A woman who claims to be a lesbian might never be cured if some man doesn't take the time to rape her. What about sluts and teases? Surely they are asking for it and if a woman asks for something it's only polite to give it to her.

If anything raping a women who is a lesbian would just put her off men more, because one tool the time to violate her rights and her dignity. No means no, it does not matter the outfit or how late it may be.

Not true. Women crave the strong hand of a man to keep them on the straight path.

Only a man with the moral certitude to use corrective disciple on his spouse can be sure his wife will stay meekly by his side as a good helpmeet.

So in short you think that it is a woman’s fault that a man assaults her and defiles her? So, men just can't help themselves when a woman shows too much skin? Men are just animals like that with no will of their own not to rape a woman. It is totally fine then (Not a sin or anything) for men to do things like that. They are obviously forced to rape by the woman.

Where in the bible does it say that it is okay for a man to do such a thing? I have never read that; must be an add-on or something.

It says in the Bible that women should dress modestly, think of them getting raped as punishment for disobeying God. However in God's infinite benevolence, after the rape a new loving family is created.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29

And if she is lucky God has blessed her with a child.

Now to answer your question, God commands us the obey secular law. So yes, rape is against secular law and we must abide by that law.

I did not challenge him. I did not try to be rude. I did not demand an answer. I presented some honest questions, because he sparked my interest. I have read the bible, but my knowledge of it is nowhere near the level presented on this forum (which is good considering how important it is to you) and I am quite sure that the one I read was not the bible you use either. I question because it makes us as humans grow to do so.

I just like to talk to people that know their chosen field very well and so far I am very impressed with him.

In modern society, where God's law is frequently not upheld, the effects of rape on the victim's family are sometimes tragic. He is stuck with a daughter that will never leave the house. If he does not share Lot's appetites, she becomes a liability.

The Bible makes clear that rape, under many circumstances, is a serious tort and nothing to joke about. Depending on the conditions of the rape, the negligent party may be forced to pay restitution to the rapee's father and marry the woman he damaged. You break it, you buy it, basically. God, being infinitely wise, recognized that an unmarried woman without a hymen is mostly worthless and hard to get rid of. It is no different than if you were to knock a lamp off a shelf in a furniture store. How is the owner supposed to sell the lamp after you smashed it on the ground?

Raping the wives of enemy combatants is a Godly and humane practice. These women do not have hymens, and therefore have no means of supporting themselves. It is the noble burden of the victor to feed and rape these women for the rest of their lives. If he fails to do this, civil authorities should compel him to do so.

Liberals tend to see rape as a black and white matter, but the issue is very complex as God explains in His Word. Rape is sometimes a necessary evil. The rest of the time, the damage caused by an unsanctioned rape can be rectified in civil court with more rape.

If you had bothered to read the Bible you would know this already.

Did you caress each word as a love letter written just to you, to be preserved through time, at great cost (brave martyrdom), just so you could understand the necessity of accepting Jesus as your Lord and Master? Did you read it prayerfully? Did you read it with the innocence of a child? Were you overwhelmed with guilt and repentance, and were you ashamed to be human, to have contributed to the terrible long weekend Jesus suffered because of your sins? Did you immediately drop to your knees and beg the LORD to accept you as His humble servant, His tool to do with what He wants? Did you beg Him to take your mind, your strength, your heart, all that is important to you just for the privilege of letting Him consume you so that you essentially cease to exist and Christ Himself exists in your place? Did you beg Him to do with you what He will because you deserve naught but an eternity of indescribable torture and suffering, both physical and mental because you had the audacity to be born a sinful creature that offended Him so? Did you recognize your utter emptiness and need for Him to complete you?

Wow, that was beautiful. Can I borrow that phrase? I was really moved! I am sorry to say that I did not read it in such light; I read it with critical eyes, even skimming parts. The difference is obvious at best.

I know you all might just think I hate you and am here to mess with you, but the more I have spoken with you the more respect I have gained for you. I will continue to disagree with you for that is my way of choice (May it lead right to hell or not), but I will do it knowing your utter devotion first hand.
