In other words, if someone wants to get somewhere quickly, taking the bicycle or even walking briskly is preferable to taking the train (1 mi/20 minutes = 3 mi/hr)?
How different from our Godly country, where aside from a few big cities there is no public transportation, everybody has a car, and posted speed limits on the highways are more sort of loose guidelines rather than actual requirements!
