I suppose you think if Jesus were here today, he'd tell us we should wash our hands. It's what all the best science teaches. But that's not what He said when He was on earth.
Mk 7:1-9
1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.
2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.
3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.
4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.
5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?
6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

Well that in itself is a sin and YES I am a Christian but I don't take the Bible and turn it into some sick twisted interpretation in order to make fun of or degrade other people. Especially people who have a physical affliction due to no fault of their own other than bad genetics.

We don't twist Scripture. We believe that the Bible means what it says. It is not open to interpretation.
2 Pet 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
If you think we've misunderstood a passage, show us from Scripture where we went wrong.

Job declared that God was still holy no matter what his circumstance was and because he adopted that attitude... God blessed him even more! He healed him and gave him more than he had before.

I love the story of Job too. With God's permission (Job 1:12), Satan killed Job's ten children (Job 1:18-19). But Job remained faithful, and in the end God replaced his children (Job 42:13-15).

People are not bad just because they're sick.

People sometimes get sick because they've sinned.
Jas 5:14-15 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Sometimes because their parents or grandparents have sinned.
Ex 20:4-5 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Sometimes for God's glory.
Jn 9:2-3 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
