It is much easier to type without punctuation. It is also much harder to read what someone has written if they dismiss the basic rules of the written language.

In spoken conversation, when a person pauses, one "hears" a comma. A longer, more pointed pause, is taken for a period. A certain inflection of the voice indicates a question. Without these obvious aural signals , written language depends absolutely on the proper use of punctuation. One's grammar can remain atrocious in both the speaking and written context, but punctuation in the printed word is vital if anyone is to follow the thoughts expressed in the words as presented.

Reading something written with limited or no punctuation is akin to listening to someone talk nonstop very fast, until they run out of breath. Such people should not be surprised if they are difficult to understand. Furthermore, they should not be so easily offended if no one seems to respect their point of few.

Unmeasured speech, like poorly written prose, detracts from the information that the speaker or writer is trying to convey. People struggling to absorb even the gist of what is being communicated are understandably annoyed at the effort required and so more easily dismiss what is being said.

Speak well; read well ;write well; think well.

Even if people oppose your point of view, the exchange of ideas will proceed more smoothly.
