I've always been curious about the whole Tree of Knowledge thing. The idea is, that Adam ate from the tree and was banished from Eden. However, what I do not understand is, what exactly did he learn?
Sometimes it's mentioned that eating from the tree, allowed Adam to learn about good and evil, though I am not 100% sure if that's true.
Either way, can someone please enlighten me, what kind of knowledge did the tree of knowledge contain?

Thank you for your interesting question. We don't get many people from Godless Africa and I am happy to post the Scripture for you.
GENESIS 2
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
3 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil...
22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
