It would do no harm - obviously because there is no pregnancy - to get into heavy weightlifting and high impact sports. Followed with hot saunas, so relaxing especially with a nice vodka.

Thank you for that practical advice, good doctor. Mr. Etheldreda will not approve of high impact sports for a girl, however
InLoveWithChrisChan's idea to pummel her about the head and shoulders with the family Bible would probably be of more use if we concentrated instead on the mid section. She could use a little work on her core if Mr. Etheldreda is going to find any man willing to take her on as a wife. No one wants a pudgy bride.
