Why would God send us to Hell? Can you show us specific Scriptural verses that say we cannot judge others?

On the contrary, many times in the Bible it is reaffirmed that it is our Christian duty to judge those around us.

1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
