And that's why you always need to check the context of a Verse before just posting it, so that you don't make a fool of yourself.

This is because our sins our forgiven by the atoning Blood of the Lamb:
Ephesians 1:7:
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace
If we now look at Matthew 7 again:
Matthew 7:1-5:
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
You see, Jesus tells here not to "behold the mote in our brother's eye" (judge him) when we still have a "beam in our own eye" (still are guilty of sins ourselves).
However, if the "beam is cast out of our own eye," which means that our sins are compensated for, which has happened by Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, we will be able to "see sharp" (which means we see with the eyes of Christ, Galatians 2:20) to "cast out the mote of our brother's eye" (judge him).
