You're crazy, and your argument is irrelevant. No where does the Holy Bible suggest that God, in the Old or New Testament, is benign and having our best interests at heart. The Gospel Message is not one of a Hippy-Drippy Lurve Fest. It's a story of sin, redemption, Divine Justice offended, and Redemption offered through the Blood Sacrifice of a Perfect Victim. Do you really think if our best interests were at the heart of God's creation, He would have allowed the serpent to come and trick a foolish and innocent couple, and then punish them for doing Wrong while in a state ignorant of Right and Wrong?
