By no means was I suggesting Brother Nobar needs any sort of permission. I was just letting Brother Nobar know that he and/or Landover will have full access to all SCOOP resources needed in any investigation. SCOOP offers it's full cooperation in any Deviance Investigation Landover chooses to pursue!
