From a strictly Biblical perspective, it's unnecessary (1 Corinthians 14:34-35), and could distract her from more important duties like childbearing (1 Timothy 2:15) and washing floors (Genesis 2:18).

I'm sure that in that case the Pastors would look after her affairs properly, making sure her tithing status stays up-to-date, even if costs her every last cent she has to keep Jesus happy (Mark 12:42-44).
