I have had an extremely bad skin reaction to pesticides- of course I still eat food that has been sprayed, I mean it's virtually impossible not to...
But a few years back we sprayed our garden with pesticides, and I came down with a severe reaction that actually put me in the hospital.
My point is, I don't think they are entirely safe by any standpoint. They're impossible to avoid in such a fast paced, highly populated world... I mean people need to eat, and fast... But it is not fair to say that we should not have the option of being able to eat naturally grown, organic foods. There should always be the option, just in case. Some people may be more prone to these allergies than myself, even. Everybody's gotta eat!
Pretty sure Jesus said that word for word- "Everybody's gotta eat!"- right?
