No I don't believe kissing is a sin.

1 John 5:17 - All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that does not lead to death.

One should not go and kiss just anyone before marriage. If true love exists between the two and are to be married. Kissing is a solution to fornication, which is one way to gain a ticket to the flaming pit.
