That right there is the real test as to whether or not a waitress happens to be Godly (rare indeed!) or not -- whether she will appreciate her lack of a tip for the Message of Jesus. Materialistic women are everywhere, but those relatively few out there who are Christian will be more than willing to work their fingers to the bone for nothing but the humble reward of salvation.

I've never understood why I should tip a waitress 15%, when I only tithe 10% to Jesus.

It wasn't the waitress who died temporarily for my sins.

Pointing out to someone vociferously what a hell-bound abomination they are unto The Lord and leading them to Salvation is the kindest act of all.

If you don't like to tip workers, then don't go out to eat.

If you don't want to be paid $2 per hour you should work a real job, even one at McDonalds pays better.

When your employer (who probably sees you more than your parents and thus knows you better) pays you $2, he does so because he knows you are pretty much worthless as a person, then why should I pay more?

If God wanted servers to become rich from their unskilled and untrained job for which there are infinite people who would replace you, then He would make sure they had a good salary. Instead I know God rewards people for their faith: Proverbs 10:22, see also the verses that tell The Lord is the one who made Job rich after he withstood the tests of his faith and those that relate how king Solomon was made astronomically rich by God. Myself I am faithful to Jesus, and that's why my time is worth $375 per hour as a legal consultant, and not $2 as a table monkey.

So you are rewarding people who are too stupid, too lazy and too slutty to get a real job by giving them free money? I am shocked! I never ever tipped in my entire life. If they want more money they should get better jobs!

My father says waitressing is too much like being a woman of ill repute.

I have to agree with him. After all, I can wait on my father and mother until such time as a husbandman is sent by the Lord; then I can meet his every need while serving Jesus at the same time.

And, may I say, when one is serving Jesus, the tip is far more rewarding!
