Don't you think that the less cows eaten, the less are produced, which results in less methane being produced? I believe this is called supply and demand. If people stop eating cows, the demand goes down, and they don't breed as many cows.

There wouldn't naturally be billions of cows on this earth if we didn't mass produce them to feed people. We mass produce them, becuase people buy more, WAY more, than they need. That my friend, is called greed.

You are forgetting about the stupid hindaloos over in India. They have millions of cows over there and they refuse to eat them because they think they are "sacred" (this is where our figure of speech comes from). They also have millions of starving people.

You seem to have conveniently stopped thinking at the point that your argument would fail. If we all stopped eating and wearing animals and their bits, we would be eating the very things that animals eat. This would cause horrible deaths by starvation throughout the animal world.

Anyway, if you want veganism, all you have to do is have faith and patience and wait for the prophecy of Isaiah to come to pass. The Lord will miraculously convert all non-herbivores and their digestive tracts to herbivores (and I assume that this will include Mankind):

Isa:11:6: The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
Isa:11:7: And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
Isa:11:8: And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.

See! Even cockatrices will be veggies. As thoughtful as you might think it to be, The Lord has his own agenda and you'll do nothing to help it by criticizing and whining on as if He's taking too much time.

No. We own animals. God says so:

Genesis 1:28

Jesus ate meat. He also gave it to others to eat, thereby demonstrating that it is acceptable in His eyes.

What you just quoted merely says that the same things that can kill animals can also kill people just as easily. But what you SAID is a damned lie, and it was told to us that the Devil's Disciples, of which you are clearly one, will come during the end of days to try to deceive us. But you can't because we are SAVED(TM) and know what GOD told us.

Here is GOD specifically telling Peter to go kill something and eat it; that vegetarians are weak sissies, and that YOU sere sent by SATAN to tell us to stop eating meat.

The answer to this seeming problem lies in a Biblical understanding of "life," or "living." Note that the Bible makes a sharp distinction between plants and animals.

God knows the difference between some muddy weeds and a fine lamb chop!
