So in short you think that it is a woman’s fault that a man assaults her and defiles her? So, men just can't help themselves when a woman shows too much skin? Men are just animals like that with no will of their own not to rape a woman. It is totally fine then (Not a sin or anything) for men to do things like that. They are obviously forced to rape by the woman.

Where in the bible does it say that it is okay for a man to do such a thing? I have never read that; must be an add-on or something.

It says in the Bible that women should dress modestly, think of them getting raped as punishment for disobeying God. However in God's infinite benevolence, after the rape a new loving family is created.

Now to answer your question, God commands us the obey secular law. So yes, rape is against secular law and we must abide by that law.

I did not challenge him. I did not try to be rude. I did not demand an answer. I presented some honest questions, because he sparked my interest. I have read the bible, but my knowledge of it is nowhere near the level presented on this forum (which is good considering how important it is to you) and I am quite sure that the one I read was not the bible you use either. I question because it makes us as humans grow to do so.

I just like to talk to people that know their chosen field very well and so far I am very impressed with him.
