Roy Zimmerman lays it out like it is. Religious Freedom.

Don't settle for anything less.

Sister Etheldreda, thank you for sharing this; such a plucky, upbeat tune! Such an inspiring message! :59:

I found this dusky young musician on the Twitter when he "liked" one of my posts: https://www.reverbnation.com/niranfernan. He seems like a sincere Christian, even for being a darker-complected fellow.

Redeeming David Bowie's legacy of converting people to homosexuality and mocking the Infant Christ Jesus, this parody of the song "Fame" reminds us the power of God's favorite emotional manipulation tool - Shame.

This is fantastic! Charlie Daniels reminds us that we all need to get back to the basics. God, guns, America!

Just look at these godly lyrics.
Quote:

We tell our kids to just say no
Then some panty waist judge lets a drug dealer go
Slaps him on the wrist and then he turns him back out on the town.

Now if I had my way with people sellin' dope
I'd take a big tall tree and a short piece of rope
I'd hang 'em up high and let 'em swing 'til the sun goes down

Well, you know what's wrong with the world today
People done gone and put their Bible's away
They're living by the law of the jungle not the law of the land
The good book says it so I know it's the truth
An eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth

You better watch where you go and remember where you been
That's the way I see it I'm a Simple Man.

As far as I'm concerned there ain't no excuse
For the raping and the killing and the child abuse
And I've got a way to put an end to all that mess

Just take them rascals out in the swamp
Put 'em on their knees and tie 'em to a stump
Let the rattlers and the bugs and the alligators do the rest

You know what's wrong with the world today
People done gone and put their Bible's away
They're living by the law of the jungle not the law of the land
The Good Book says it so I know it's the truth
An eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth
You better watch where you go and remember where you been
That's the way I see it I'm a simple man

I find the music of Jethro Tull to be very eye-opening about God and Organized Religion in general.

You're confused, friend! This thread is about Christian music, not Dirty Hippy Need A Bath And A Job music!

Why don't you tell us of your walk with Christ!

Re: Recommended True Christian™ Music

Apparently iTunes has chosen not to offer "unsigned" artists on their site any longer. This means people like Sister Irene and Brother Cletus won't be found there, and I haven't downloaded their latest, "I Gave my Wood to Jesus (for His cross)", "It's Getting Hard (to wait on Jesus)", or "He Gave Me a Pearl Necklace (to match my crown)."

If anyone has these and can send them, I would love it. I am also looking for "I Know There are Puppies in Heaven (I saw mine humping Jesus' feet)" but I can't remember who performs that. It's the same woman that sang "We'll be Rid of Autism in Glory" and "There Won't be Slums Over There." Willing to trade song for song if you tell me what you're seeking. Thanks all!

In the literal sense I have some hard wood I was planning to offer up for Jesus if you wanted to look at it. I don't mind. At my age, it would be hard to do but still possible to make and give Jesus a pearl necklace as well. If anyone's here wants to look at my hard wood or if you are wanting a pearl necklace, please PM me in private and we can discuss how this will go down.

I remember Loretta well. Her fingering was always a pleasure to experience. I wonder where she disappeared to?

Indeed! I always thought Ms Loretta Fudge packed a good Christian tune in her.

Re: Recommended True Christian™ Music

It is a good thing that the LORD GOD endowed me with the strength to overcome lust, because when I think of Loretta and her fingering, I imagine some fellows would immediately have impure desires. I mean, look at that face! Those glasses! That hair! (Oh God, that hair.)

However, when I consider her God-given musical abilities, all I can think of is PRAISE GOD! Her life is an inspiration to all. I am reminded of the late Albert Brumley, whose songs touched the lives of millions (and continues even today), and what he said: "I can use my words to glorify Jesus or I can use them to aid the work of the devil. My choice is clear. When Gabriel blows his trumpet someday, I want the song he plays to be mine." Isn't that wonderful?

Let's all stand in prayer IMMEDIATELY for the hairdressers to these gifted songstresses.

I mean, like, NOW. Jesus, Mary and Joseph is there ever a need.

just make sure that the Artists are white and non-Jewish.

And Jethro Tull, eye opening? Yeah, about what a load of satanic, national socialist crap rock'n'roll music is.

Not all organized religion is bad. There is ONE that is good, and that is Bible believing Christianity. Anyone who believes anything else is not welcome here. Free speech is for True Christians™ only and for no one else.

This is a great song for copulating with life's tribulations. I listened it on loop when I was going through a major rut in my marriage.

Great? The music style is an anti-Christian disco sound mixed with some nazi country! Post your filth somewhere else, but not in God's favorite forum! Shame on you sinner!:lex_12:
It may be not as pagan and occult as Jethro Tull, Led Zeppelin or The Incredible String band, but it definitely is Antichrist. If you do not get converted now, God will cast you into hell, swine!:jesus:

As for religious freedom, there can be no such thing. Everyone must worship Christ and no one else.
Even Communism wouldn't be bad thing - IF it wasn't 100 %ly against Christ. If people were forced to bow down to Christ - I'd be 100 %ly for it! However, sadly the exact opposite is the case.

Nazi country? You are offended by music that sounds white? So you prefer negro reggae like this Jamaican guy that keeps pestering me here?:lex_12::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thu mbdown:

And regarding the topic, the best Christian music band by miles is still Killing For Christ. Finally a group that sounds white and masculine.

Dear Mr. Hucker, Hmmm. Why do I have this suspicion that you are about to gain another award? Anyway, if it's good, solid music that is of interest to you, I wonder if I might recommend the album that's shown in the following photo. It may be hard to find, in this day and age, but if you do find a copy, then you will be thanking me endlessly for the recommendation. Tremendous blessings that you can only dream of shall be yours!
