Latest Pontifications from the Pontiff

You can't exactly dance to those old Gregorian Chants, but the "new" pope Francis seems to have a lot of energy and continues to spew forth his heresy. Aided by his vast array to technological marvels, from jets, pope mobiles, twitter accounts and no doubt a word processing program with a Latin spell checker, the pope has been busy lately - to the point that we here at Landover Baptist can only offer periodic updates. We have other more important things to do - like praising Jesus.

While the rest of the MSM is obsessed with Herr Mueller's (pronounced "Mule-er" you idiots) and the seemingly non-existent Russian "collusion" in the last election, the "new" pope Francis is conspiring with George Soros, socialists, international communism, and New World Order types to give cover to the baby killing cathylick Democrats in the upcoming mid-term elections.

Outside of appointing a special counsel to investigate the pope, maybe the best thing a local cathylick priest can do is embezzle funds from the church - at least it keeps the money out of the Vatican.

Pope Francis Slaps Another Patch on the Moldy ‘Seamless Garment’
By John Zmirak Published on April 11, 2018

It seems like once a month well-informed Catholics need to mop up after Pope Francis. The latest spill? A long and undisciplined “Apostolic Exhortation” entitled Gaudete et Exsultate. It appears carefully timed, coming out the day after a conference of orthodox Catholics held in Rome to address the “crisis” Francis has caused inside the Church. Its contents? Mostly mixed wisdom about living the spiritual life.

The Real Threat: Too Much Pro-Life Fervor

One section in the document will afflict the afflicted and comfort the comfortable. It subtly jabs at pro-life activists, and gives handy talking points to pro-abortion politicians. Especially those who claim to be Catholic, and seek Catholic votes in closely contested elections. See the upcoming races in the U.S. Congress.

You might think that the Congress is beneath Pope Francis’ notice. No! Remember that he invited one member to a conference at the Vatican: the rabidly pro-choice, anti-marriage socialist Bernie Sanders. And Pope Francis spoke to Congress, during a tour of the U.S. that George Soros sought to spin as a campaign tour for Democrats. He did that by funneling $650,000 through the Latin American leftist group PICO, orchestrated by Pope Francis’ protégé, the scandal-ridden, anti-Semitic Fidel Castro fanboy Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga.

When Soros’ machinations came out, did Pope Francis turn against PICO? Not a bit. He sent a supportive message to the group’s 2017 conference in Modesto, California. That’s the conference where 24 U.S. bishops, and a cardinal, urged bishops to “disrupt” all attempts to enforce U.S. immigration laws. Go read the crackpot manifesto that two dozen heirs of the apostles signed.

. . . .

A Poison Pill for the Unborn

Our lockstep pro-choice media took this statement and ran with it. The New York Times headline said it all: “Pope Francis Puts Caring for Migrants and Opposing Abortion on Equal Footing.” Expect the 14 Catholic senators who voted to keep on killing almost viable (“pain-capable”) unborn children to use this talking point. They will cite their opponents’ qualms about open borders as if it cancels out their support for Planned Parenthood. That’s what the Seamless Garment does, and why it was created in the first place.

That’s why Pope John Paul II and Benedict XVI rejected that cheap, intellectually incoherent slogan coined by Cardinal Joseph Bernardin. (Remember him? He’s the Chicago Archbishop who used Church funds to send the young Barack Obama to his first Saul Alinsky training.) The Seamless Garment is a poison pill for the pro-life movement, and a fig leaf for pro-choice politicians with Irish and Italian last names, who think that fact makes them “Catholics.” And now Pope Francis has provided some text that its advocates will be only too happy to use to bludgeon pro-lifers.

Re: Latest Pontifications from the Pontiff

As a handsome, well-built, intelligent, young and incredibly educated fellow, I have always despised pontificators, whether it is the pope or just some ordinary person with whom I am conversing.

In my educated opinion, Jesus would not have us to pontificate. I am reminded of the extensive study done sometime in the 15th century regarding Christ's interactions with the poor, infirm, even criminal. It doesn't take long to understand that our LORD had a tremendous knack for communicating even though He chose to have His Son (Himself) born at a time when there weren't even newspapers or AOL to spread the news of His arrival via virgin birth. However, GOD knew that shepherds and peasants have a lot of time on their hands, and in His Infinite Wisdom© He left it to those types to spread news of the birth.

Of course, there was an angel involved - and that in and of itself is quite a draw.

I believe had the LORD chosen to be born in the present era, He would have chosen me to lead the logistical logistics of notifying the world. Of course, I speak of this only because through much careful study of the Word of God, I have a great deal of knowledge about how He thinks and how He operates! (1 Corinthians 2:16) tells you that I have the mind of Christ but YOU can't know the mind of God who is Christ also - something only those with the mind of Christ will fully comprehend and fully understand and fully "get."

So brethren, I urge you when communicating with each other, don't be haughty and rude and pontificational. Our words are received much easier when we season them with love and understanding, particularly for those whose status is less than ours.

GLORY!
